Once we have received your return, we'll send you an email to confirm the return and let you know that your refund will be processed. The purchase amount will be reimbursed within 7 days after we have received your returned order to the account it was purchased with.

Terms and conditions for returns & exchanges:
-If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days from the date you receive your package to return your order to us for a refund or exchange.
-After 14 days of receiving your package, you cannot exchange or return any item. If you ship back to us after the 14 days, we will not send back your items nor will we return your money.
-Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition. We will check for odors or signs of use, if we deem that the item has been used - you will not be allowed to return or exchange.
-Unfortunately, return delivery charges are non-refundable and you will not be reimbursed for those costs.
-Returns & exchanges must be shipped back with original invoice that was shipped to you and with return form.
-We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our offices, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
-Sale items can only be exchanged, NO RETURNS.
-Buying something with a promocode also counts as sale and those purchases can only be exchanged.
-For exchanges: once we have received your package, we will email you a unique code with your exchange credit. This credit code is valid for 1 year and the whole amount must be used at once. You will not have credit left over if you do not use the full amount! If you want us to split the credit into 2 separate credit codes, please email us and we will do that for you.
