Once we have received your return, we'll send you an email to confirm the return and let you know that your refund will be processed. The purchase amount will be reimbursed within 7 days after we have received your returned order to the account it was purchased with.

Terms and conditions for returns & exchanges:
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news and all the info:
- You get 14 days to return/exchange your items starting from the day you receive your order. If you ship back your package to us after, we will not send back your items nor will we return your money.
- Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition. Tags must still be attached and packaging must be intact. For hygiene reasons we ask that you try on swimwear over your own underwear.
- We don’t cover your shipping costs for returning a package to us.
- Returns/exchanges must be shipped back with a completed return form.
- The package you wish to return is your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend you to use a track & trace shipping method and keep proof of postage.
- Sale items can only be exchanged, no returns.
- Items purchased with a promocode, exchange credit code or a BabeCard code can only be exchanged.
- For exchanges: once we have received your package, we will email you a unique code with your exchange credit. This credit code is valid for 1 year and the whole amount must be used at once. You will not have credit left over if you do not use the full amount! If you want us to split the credit into 2 separate credit codes, please email us and we will do that for you.
